The Travel Chapter is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted at this year’s Dotties Awards.
This annual glittering awards ceremony - which this year turns virtual - celebrates marketing excellence across all industries, with a focus on digital, CRM and email marketing.
The Travel Chapter has been shortlisted in the category ‘Most Advanced Automation’ - gaining recognition for Canine Club, which was launched by its leading dog-friendly holiday brand Canine Cottages in July of this year.
The driving force behind the inception of Canine Club was to curate an exclusive community for Canine Cottages’ dog owners through added value by way of personalisation, partner discounts, special offers, expert advice and more. The club has seen fantastic success and growth since launch, and it’s a fantastic achievement for the team to have the email automation highlighted as one of its success indicators.
Matt Brayley, Marketing Director at The Travel Chapter, said: “We know the value of coming up with creative strategies to communicate with our customers; Canine Club is a true testament to what can be achieved when combining skills across teams.
“The Dotties Connected, as hosted by omnichannel marketing platform Dotdigital, were seeking marketing results which have been transformed by automation and activity which demonstrates intelligent action-based messaging - reaching the right customer at the right time.
“We’ve got some extremely exciting plans for the future of the Canine Cottages brand and we have our fingers crossed for the results of this award.”
Other brands nominated for the awards include Action for Children, Macmillan Cancer Support and Ted Baker, so competition is stiff and being shortlisted is a huge achievement in itself.
The awards will be hosted on 4th November over Zoom, presented by a star-studded cast and decided by a panel of industry experts.
