If you are an enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming person, who has an ambition for providing high quality managed services then we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for somebody with high organisational skills who is able to run the administration of the property portfolio to a high standard in order to achieve the best possible customer feedback, owner retention and owner recommendations. Experience in a property letting, housing, estates agency orthe travel industry could be advantageous.

You'll be joining our friendly team of Service Coordinators, who work closely with our Managed services team to provide support and answer any queries or concerns that may arise. You will be responsible for the smooth running of our Managed Service teams, you will liaise with housekeepers and contractors, keep up to date with property reviews to ensure our high standard property portfolio is maintained. If you are organised and like dealing with people and property, then this role could be for you. Attention to detail, clear expectation setting, and communication are all key to being successful in this role.
