We are looking for an engaging and positive Customer Sales Advisor to join our busy Customer Sales Team, and you should be able to work from either your home or Head Office in Bideford.
The main purpose of this role is to be first point of contact for our customers who are making enquiries about booking a holiday with us. Therefore, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to be successful within this role.

Using your strong sales skills, you’ll have the desire, drive and commitment to exceed our customer’s expectations and deliver an exceptional experience. You will make it easy for them to say yes and for them to recommend us to others.
You will need to use your negotiation skills to meet customers’ needs and close the sale, while putting the customer first and selling in a regulated environment. You will also need to be motivated, positive and proactively contribute to providing quality service to our customers.
You will be expected to be flexible in your approach and adaptable to support customers on a range of communication platforms including telephone, email and live chat. You must be able to convey clear concise messages across all communication channels used.
You will also be required to manage your time effectively to ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved. You will be responsible for accurately recording customer information and adhering to our procedures. You must be adept at using different IT platforms.
