  • Previous experience in a customer service role

What will I be doing?

You’ll be joining our fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing company, where we strive to maintain high standards for our customers. No two days are ever the same and you’ll interact with lots of different types of people and be supported by your colleagues, whatever challenges you face together. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting customers through their booking journey with us.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for investigating and solving customer issues in a responsive, sensitive, calm and professional manner.
  • Using a range of communication channels including phone, email, live chat and social media.


Hours of work:

  • 37.5 hours per week on a flexible shift pattern.
  • Hours will range between Monday to Sunday - 8am to 10pm.
  • Hours are planned by a rota a month in advance
