We are looking for a engaging and positive HR Assistant to support our HR department in their daily activities.
The successful HR Assistant will be working closely with the rest of the HR team and will report to the HR Business Partner.
The HR Assistant will undertake a variety of HR administrative duties and a wide range of support activities inside the HR department, from preparing staff letters to maintaining our employee database and posting job ads. Other responsibilities include preparing personnel data from a variety of sources and assisting with maintaining policies, processes and documents.
The HR Assistant will also coordinate with Managers on various staff matters with guidance from the HR Business Partner and will ensure employee requests are directed to the correct person to deal with them.
As the HR Assistant will be working within a small team, they will need to be willing to get involved in designated tasks when needed. They will also need to be a motivated individual, who is organized and has a professional and confidential approach to working.
