We are looking for an In-house Recruiter and HR Support to join our busy HR team . We are seeking an engaging and positive individual to support the HR department and manage our full-cycle In-House recruiting processes.The successful In-House Recruiter and HR Support will be working closely with the rest of the HR team and will report to the HR Business Partner.

In-House Recruiter responsibilities include; supporting current and future hiring needs, supporting Hiring Managers, advertising job openings online and supporting HR administration. To be successful in this role, you should have a HR background and must have experience of full-cycle In-House recruiting, along with a positive and agile mindset in order to work in our fast-paced environment.

Ultimately, you will support the HR department, provide a fantastic service to Hiring Managers to source talent and ensure we provide a highly efficient candidate experience. As you will be working within a small team, you will be willing to get involved in designated tasks when needed. You will be an enthusiastic and passionate individual who is organized and can meet strict deadlines.

We are looking for
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven work experience as an In-House Recruiter, or similar role
  • positive and self-motivated individual with a goal-orientated approach to work with an ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • The ability to build rapports quickly and have a flexible, adaptable approach to work
  • Time management and organisational skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, competency)
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle In-House recruiting
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ Candidate Management systems
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation
  • HR Administration experience
What will you be doing?
  • Operate with full confidentially at all times
  • Full Cycle In-House recruitment process
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to review recruitment options and processes
  • Writing job adverts
  • Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Sourcing candidates through online channels
  • Screening CV’s and applications and updating candidates on hiring processes
  • Support hiring Managers through the interviewing process and candidate evaluation
  • Reporting to hiring managers and HR Business Partner on the status of open positions
  • Analyzing and coordinating recruitment stats
  • Working with Managers to ensure all roles advertised have a job descriptions
  • Answering candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Coordinating and providing interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Completing Recruitment Checks
  • Supporting the management of external recruitment partnerships
  • Participating in job fairs to boost company’s reputation
  • Inducting new employees
  • General Administration duties
  • Managing applicant data in accordance to GDPR requirements
