Our Benefits Include
You’ll be joining our fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing company with a headquarters in Bideford. We are looking to attract an experienced IT Support Technician with good knowledge of Windows operating systems and a knowledge of networking basics. You will be responsible for providing support to staff members, either via the telephone or through the Service Desk system and dealing with all business support enquiries.
You will also be responsible for assisting with maintaining a comprehensive list of Company IT assets and preparing IT requirements for new starters (both in-house and remotely) to enable them to integrate into the business quickly and efficiently. As well as these responsibilities, you will also assist in maintaining the positive image of the Technology Operations department by providing a high level of support and service and building good relationships with all company employees.
