We have a fantastic new opportunity to join our thriving market- leading team who are positioned as a leading digital holiday cottages business.

We are looking for a Marketing & Design Project Manager with a proven track record of planning, managing and delivering marketing projects, partnerships and campaigns that align and deliver on commercial strategic objectives.

Responsible for turning strategy or concepts in to reality, this role requires a highly organised individual with exceptional stakeholder management and cross-function marketing experience to manage business projects and marketing campaigns and support the marketing team in their implementation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and key members of the marketing team along with external suppliers to drive collaboration, integration, flawless execution and great results

We are looking for

Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing and delivering on high profile projects as well as the following:

    • 3+ years’ experience in Project Management
    • Broad understanding of all channels in the marketing mix
    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with teams and peers with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance
    • Builds consistently productive relationships across other functions/departments; manages effective communication across multiple work streams
    • Strong team player, project and people manager
    • Demonstrates a strong commercial awareness to maximise performance
    • Proven Project Management skills showcasing organized and skilled management across multiple work streams & various methodologies
    • Ability to combine an innovative and creative approach with a commercial and practical mind
    • Able to multi-task, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders
    • The ability to effectively prioritise
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A willingness to learn, a positive, can-do attitude, and a good team player
    • High attention to detail
    • Self-motivated, able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
What will you be doing?

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the teams consistently deliver high value outputs to the business, always ensuring focus is aligned with business goals
  • Project management across all work streams, developing critical paths and schedules to meet timings and deliver on objectives
  • Creating briefs by understanding the needs of all key stakeholders in projects
  • Managing project progress; updating clearly and effectively to all stakeholders
  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure clear communication and consistency
  • Manage the workload of a team of designers and their workflow as it comes in from the marketing team and other teams within the business
  • Develop internal processes across functions to improve workflow and quality of output
  • Weekly workload reporting
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers and suppliers when required
  • Troubleshooting issues throughout the team
  • Continuously improving all aspects of team performance, both on a personal and group level
  • Proactively communicating with senior stakeholders in a regular and timely manner
