We are looking for a professional Property Advisor to increase our overall portfolio of properties. You will act as a first point of contact for all enquiries whilst finding and generating new leads through research for relevant territories. You will work closely with the New Business Managers, contacting suitable leads with the objective of securing an appointment for the New Business Team. 

In addition you will work to increase our brand awareness across the UK and make the targeted number of outbound calls and appointments per day.

 

We are looking for

Knowledge, Skills and Role Requirements:

Essential:

  • Sales Experience
  • Experience of working on the telephone and cold calling
  • Experience of working within the Holiday Letting Industry
  • Motivated and able to show initiative and work with the minimum of supervision
  • Team player and able to foster professional relationships with colleagues, both in the office and remotely based
  • Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written and be able to influence people
  • Good IT skills and able to proficiently use relevant applications and databases including; Traveller, Salesforce, Microsoft applications and Google Maps
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Able to follow processes clearly and efficiently
  • Target driven
  • Ability to deal with difficult customers

Desirable

  • Thorough geographical knowledge of assigned territories including popular tourist attractions
  • Sound knowledge of telephone system (MIcollab)
  • Ability to be able to memorise relevant statistics and Key Features
  • Sound knowledge of the company including terms and conditions of engagement, being conversant with the website including White Label sites, and understanding how different departments function

Hours of work:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • For 5 weeks you will work 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
  • On the 6th week you will need to be available to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9:00am to 5:30pm (on a 6 week rotation)
  • On the 7th week you will need to be available to work Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm for 4 days of the week and 9:00am to 5:30pm for 1 day of the week (on a 7 week rotation)
What will you be doing?

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the annual target for appointments
  • Sell the benefits of holidaycottages.co.uk as a holiday letting agent
  • Providing help and support to prospective clients/customers enquiring about our services or looking for assistance with holiday home letting, including geographical knowledge.
  • Document all conversations on Salesforce to provide an accurate record discussions held
  • Correctly input appointments into the diary so all relevant information is detailed in the standard format including accurate directions and travel times
  • Ensure GDPR requirements are adhered to and confidential information is stored and processed in the correct way
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements are maintained
  • Act & react responsibly in accordance with the company values
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude that portrays Travel Chapter as the holiday letting agent of choice and market leader
  • Maintains good communication and working relationships with New Business Managers.
