Ideally, we’re looking for:

  • End-to-end implementation experience with Salesforce
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator ADM201
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Classic and Lightning)
  • Multi-cloud exposure, with an in-depth understanding of Sales Cloud
  • Confidence in conducting workshops and scoping requirement
  • Hands-on configuration - Validation Rules, Flows, etc
  • Strong Apex, Visualforce and Configuration skills would be desirable
  • Relevant experience working with dotdigital and Conga
  • Experienced in using Data Loader
  • Customisation and User Management experience
  • Analytical skills to find gaps that require optimisation for the platform

What will I be doing?

This is a new role to join our expanding Salesforce team working on the entire Salesforce platform. We have several upcoming key projects and Salesforce is being heavily invested in across the business. As our Salesforce Administrator/Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders to prioritise the roadmap of projects, gather the requirements, and translate these into technical solutions.

You’ll be responsible for supporting a remote workforce and office-based users with issues and queries through the internal support system, as well as the continued enhancement of the configuration of the platform. You’ll need to ensure it is utilised efficiently and effectively, working closely with the sales and account management teams.
