If you are an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced support developer, this is a great opportunity to join our growing Systems & Data team (SDT).

Do you enjoy assisting in report building and extracting data for reports or mailings? If so, we would love you to join our team.

We’re looking for somebody able to help the business in achieving its growth plans by assisting various members of the Tech team with system configurations and troubleshooting problems through to resolution.

We are offering flexibility in the choice of work location, with some remote working and some time spent at our head office in Bideford. We are also looking for somebody who is able to provide out-of-hours support as and when required in line with the agreed SLAs.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be joining our fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing company. We are looking to recruit a proactive and organised support developer who will work closely with the team to ensure the timely completion of projects as well as assisting in troubleshooting production issues to resolution, ensuring that measures are put in place where possible to stop reoccurrence.

This opportunity will involve implementing technical projects to facilitate business efforts and goals.
