You’ll be joining our friendly Managed Service team based in our Polruan office in Cornwall, who strive to maintain high standards for our property owners and holiday cottage customers. The coordinator role is the perfect blend of field-based work and office work – where no two days will be the same. If you are organised, like dealing with people and property, then this the role could be for you.
Supporting the Service Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service, this opportunity will involve using systems and processes to manage and maintain the property portfolio. The coordination of cleaners, housekeepers, gardeners and maintenance contractors is an important part of the role, as well as a big responsibility for keeping records and administrative systems updated. Attention to detail, clear expectation setting, and communication is key to this vacancy.
This role is Monday to Saturday with one day off per week as planned on a rota in advance, 37.5 hours per week.
This role also comes with some on-call responsibilities that will be worked in rotation with other team members and will be planned by a rota in advance and paid in addition to your annual salary.
