What will I be doing?

You’ll be joining our fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing team in our Windermere office. We are looking to attract an organised and professional person to qualify inbound enquiries and schedule appointments for the New Business team, with the core objective of driving organic property growth in the Lake District. This opportunity will involve the responsibility of selling the benefits of our flagship brand, holidaycottages.co.uk and all other relevant, regional/lifestyle brands as a holiday letting agent.

This role will involve finding and generating new leads through research, completing income appraisals for estate agents and prospective buyers of a holiday let property and providing help and support to prospective owners enquiring about our services. You will also have front of house responsibilities to greet and handle any enquiries if a customer, owner or prospective owner calls into the Windermere office. You'll be passionate about the holiday letting industry and maintain a professional and positive attitude that portrays Travel Chapter as the holiday letting agent of choice, as well as a market leader.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, with a requirement to work evening shifts from 11:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday shifts on a rota basis (a day of in the week proceeding will be provided when a Saturday shift is worked)
