You’ll be joining our fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing company. We are looking to attract a target-driven salesperson to lead a team of nine regionally based New Business Managers with the core objective to drive growth in new property acquisition and revenue. You will be an inspirational sales leader who is commercially astute with strong sales and business acumen, leadership and managerial talents, strategic operating skills as well as the ability to identify prospective deals and new business opportunities.
This opportunity will involve the responsibility of supporting the team to identify new opportunities with expert sales skills, as well as reviewing staff performance to ensure agreed targets are achieved through our performance management structure.
This role will have a very significant responsibility for effectively communicating sales performance metrics to sales staff and senior management and using creative ways to motivate and engage teams to deliver continuous high-performance levels. You’ll have the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multitask. You'll also need an in-depth understanding of the UK holiday letting marketplace with experience of field-based sales and remote working.
