If you’re an ambitious brand marketer, we're looking for an Associate Marketing Director to help lead and deliver Travel Chapter's marketing strategy across our portfolio of brands. If you're experienced in planning and delivering brand marketing and communications strategies with a proven track record managing a multi-million-pound budget, we’d love to hear from you. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who is able to manage and develop their team. You should also be a strategic thinker who is confident developing longer-term plans around a central goal, whilst still being agile and reactive in the short term where required.

You’ll be joining our fast paced, multi-site, customer-facing company headquartered in Bideford. Due to our growth, we have created a brand-new role for an experienced Associate Marketing Director, who will report directly into our Marketing Director. You will be part of the Marketing Team and responsible for overseeing brand marketing plans and their delivery as well as working with the Senior Marketing Team and other departments across the business.
We’re looking for you to take brand and business objectives and find innovative ways to deliver these within our marketing and comms strategies. This role will be responsible for evolving our brand strategy and messaging for customer and owner audiences, ensuring these are delivered consistently across marketing, PR and communications channels to increase brand awareness and favourability. There will also be a responsibility for the day-to-day operations including guiding day-to-day activities of the marketing team, leading and supporting the heads of channels in their roles, providing feedback and approval on campaigns and planning and approving budgets of tactical marketing campaigns.
