About Us

We’re Travel Chapter. We are a market leader in self-catering holidays.

People are at the centre of everything we do. Success doesn’t happen by itself; it takes a great bunch of diversely talented individuals working together to create something brilliant - and that’s precisely what we’ve got.

Having evolved from a small Southwest holiday letting agency to a UK network of travel brands, we pride ourselves on delivering the very best service to our customers and property owners alike. Along the way, we’ve nurtured a caring and collaborative culture that drives us forward and keeps our team inspired and motivated every day. We are passionate about what we do & we like to have fun whilst doing it. We take a common-sense approach to getting things done. We get things wrong at times and that’s ok! We learn from it and adapt—remembering to stay curious and never stop evolving.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be joining our fast paced, multi-site, customer-facing company headquartered in Bideford. Due to our growth, we have created a brand-new role for an experienced Associate Marketing Director, who will report directly into our Marketing Director. You will be part of the Marketing Team and responsible for overseeing brand marketing plans and their delivery as well as working with the Senior Marketing Team and other departments across the business.

We’re looking for you to take brand and business objectives and find innovative ways to deliver these within our marketing and comms strategies. This role will be responsible for evolving our brand strategy and messaging for customer and owner audiences, ensuring these are delivered consistently across marketing, PR and communications channels to increase brand awareness and favourability. There will also be a responsibility for the day-to-day operations including guiding day-to-day activities of the marketing team, leading and supporting the heads of channels in their roles, providing feedback and approval on campaigns and planning and approving budgets of tactical marketing campaigns.

If you are an ambitious Associate Marketing Director with a commercial mindset and a keen eye for spotting trends—then this may be the role you have been searching for!

One of the best things about a new role is that there will be plenty of opportunity to add value in this ever-changing, organisation.
