As the Product Manager of guest services, you will influence the experiences our guests have through their ‘post booking’ to ‘post trip’ journeys. Pre-holiday communications, terms and conditions pages, the tools for guests to alter their booking or crafting the on-holiday experience through new digital products will all be in your remit to ensure the best possible customer experience.

You will be establishing priorities with stakeholders across all areas of the busines and senior management ensuring the right things are being built, at the right time, delivered and evaluated in the best way possible across product and marketing teams.

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

Essential

• Previous experience as a product manager within a technical team
• Comfortable with the ambiguity that comes from working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing market needs
• Equally adaptable to working with senior management and team members alike
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• Strong analytical skills and able to cut through opinions with data
• An expert in customer-focused product development and comfortable working across all different stages of the product lifecycle
• Experience with prioritisation frameworks, requirements gathering and user story writing

Work Location

• Main work location will be work from home
• Should also be available to attend meetings at HQ in Bideford when required       

Main Responsibilities:

• Create clear OKRs for the team to help them efficiently execute and ship work, delivering value for our business and users
• Translating user needs and initiatives into well-written user stories with clear acceptance criteria to enable effective delivery
• Helping the team define minimum viable product
• Research, synthesise and share user data with your team to inform future iterations
• Communicate product direction and the rationale behind it clearly to build consensus around your recommendations
• Prioritising backlogs with product teams and ensure benefits, dependencies and risks are communicated clearly and regularly
