As the Product Manager of guest services, you will influence the experiences our guests have through their ‘post booking’ to ‘post trip’ journeys. Pre-holiday communications, terms and conditions pages, the tools for guests to alter their booking or crafting the on-holiday experience through new digital products will all be in your remit to ensure the best possible customer experience.
You will be establishing priorities with stakeholders across all areas of the busines and senior management ensuring the right things are being built, at the right time, delivered and evaluated in the best way possible across product and marketing teams.
