We're looking for an experienced administrator with a friendly telephone manner who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.

We are offering flexibility in the choice of working environment, with a mixture or home and office-based working which will give you the opportunity to collaborate with, and deliver results to, key stakeholders in our offices. We are also looking for somebody who is able to work weekends on a rota basis.

What will I be doing?

You’ll be joining our fast-paced, multi-site, customer-facing company. We are looking to attract an organised and professional person to deal efficiently with owners and guests, and communicate the Travel Chapter proposition confidently, effectively and persuasively. This opportunity will involve supporting the Property team with its core objectives to ensure the smooth running of Travel Chapter's property portfolio. 

This role will involve assisting in the integration of change of ownerships, renewals and resigns, ensuring email inboxes are up to date and completed, as well as monitoring the Property team phoneline, answerphone messages and post. You'll be passionate about the holiday letting industry and have outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence people. 

Hours of work:

  • 5 days per week between Monday to Sunday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Working days will be determined by a rota.
