Ideally, we’re looking for previous experience

  • As an operational team manager  
  • Of the delivery of a managed service to generate maximum profit and retention  
  • Managing large teams including recruitment, development and performance management of team members
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience  

You’ll also need:

  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Commercial acumen
  • Great numerical and analytical skills  
  • Fantastic attention to detail

What will I be doing?

As our Regional Head of Managed Services, you will have responsible for the operation success of our Managed Services team across your region.  

This will include:  

  • Supporting both regional and national business objectives  
  • The leadership and management of the region, including recruitment, performance management, development, and succession planning  
  • Overseeing the management and authorisation of spend against agreed budgets 
  • Identifying, evaluating, and proposing opportunities for expanding profitable MS provision in the region,
  • Optimising profitability of MS provision in the region, identifying where efficiencies and savings can be realised and leading the implementation of change to achieve these 
  • Working with Heads of Customer Support to design, plan and implement an effective out-of-hours support function for guests, suppliers and homeowners, ensuring excellent service is delivered throughout the operating window. 
  • Overseeing the development of a network of reliable and loyal housekeeping and property maintenance suppliers to meet current and future demand and support portfolio growth
