Feefo awards platinum status to holidaycottages.co.uk for third consecutive year

Since 2014, Feefo, a leading global customer review platform, has rewarded those businesses who go the extra mile and deliver outstanding experiences and services to their customer base. The Trusted Service Awards are unique as they are based purely on feedback from real customers. This means they are a true reflection of commitment to exceptional customer service.
Feefo only awards platinum status to businesses who achieve a Gold Standard for 3 years running. A Gold Trusted Service award is attained by receiving at least 50 reviews with a Feefo average service rating between 4.5 and 4.9 in a full calendar year.
In 2021, we received over 40,000 reviews.
In over 95% of these reviews, we were rated either 4* or 5*.
This award means so much following another difficult year, and to collect a Platinum Trusted Service award for a third year running shows our dedication to raising the bar in terms of service in the domestic holiday letting industry.
