Travel Chapter wins at UK Paid Media Awards 2026
We’re delighted to share that the Travel Chapter Digital Media team has been named In-House Team of the Year at the UK Paid Media Awards 2026 – a nationwide recognition of excellence in paid digital advertising.
It marks the second time the team has won the award, having previously taken home the title in 2022. Leading our activity across Google, Microsoft and social media, the team was recognised by judges for its ‘standout performance’ over the past 12 months.
Our entry focused on how, in 2025, our five-person Digital Media team adapted to a rapidly changing landscape, with shifting booking behaviour, declining organic traffic and evolving search trends. It highlighted how the team refocused paid search, paid social, and lead generation to drive efficient, high-quality bookings and owner sign-ups through smarter use of data, simplified account structures, and continuous testing.
The entry also showcased the team’s evolution on social, increasing the use of video and product-led formats, improving tracking and launching agile, last-minute campaigns to respond to demand.
Combined with strong cross-team collaboration and a test-and-learn mindset, this approach delivered meaningful improvements in performance, efficiency and overall business impact.
